Executive Data Control has been a vendor to Oxford HealthCare since 1994. In May of 2000 they won the bid to provide all of our printed business products, They are a preferred vendor because they accommodate our needs so well. Executive Data Control always has our best interests at heart and they look for ways to cut our costs by ordering our printed products in combination when possible, checking price and advising us to change our quantities on an order when order history shows a need for adjustment. They also keep track of our warehoused items and let us know when it's time to re-order so we do not run out of the items we use most. On occasion we will need jobs printed in 24 hours of less. Executive Data Control always goes the extra mile to get these jobs done. They also take care of any warehousing we may need on printed priducts we order on large amounts, and they pick up and deliver to two of our locations almost daily. In my experience Executive Data Control has excelled in customer service. When problems have arisen they have always responded to our complete satisfaction.
